+work environment is very chill with the exception of one or two people +Decent pay with hourly+commission +Supervisor doesn't breathe down your neck, you're free to browse the internet and talk to co-workers as long as you respond to your emails and at least try once in a while +Good benefits, health, dental, eye, 401k
Cons
-Needs managerial approval to give your customers reasonable pricing -Purchasing buys stuff at outrageous prices, then management expects you to mark it up another 50% -No work from home/hybrid options when you can literally do this job laying in bed.
