Tiring, tedious, and monotonous. It's obvious people working there hate their jobs and it's easy to see why. This was my first "warehouse" job and when I started I was lead on to believe I'd actually be building computers by the job description. So that turned to be true and not true. Yes, I was "building" computers. By "building" I mean inserting the CPU and RAM into each computer...for HUNDREDS of units. My god it was so mind numbing. I thought I'd make it a little easier by putting in some headphones and listening to music. Nope. Got yelled at.
The job description had a laundry list of technical requirements for the job and that was all BS. I kid you not, you can train a MONKEY to do the EXACT same thing I was doing. You can take a person who has never seen a computer in their life and they'll be up and running within 30 minutes.
The job was a nice change of pace for the first few days considering my other job was an office job. However, that luxury quickly wore off. The job is minimum wage (i'm not complaining, considering how skill less the job itself is) and I already had another job that was far more interesting and paid more. I only lasted a month and I left. I dreaded coming in everyday. Never again.
