-The company is a contractor working exclusively with SNPS, not part of SNPS as they say. The company gets paid based on headcount, so it hires many juniors, as their overhead will be much bigger than that of senior ones. -When they hire seniors they force them to be leaders with 10 or more engineers direct reporting. -When becoming a leader, you have to tell exactly what you are being told, even if they change their words. -They are not honest, even if you email them, they will lie. -We getting paid in US dollars, and there is no payslip, so they are doing something wrong. -They do not want other companies to expand, so they can decrease salaries, or make us pay in Egyptian pounds, as they did with the IT department. -Senior Managers do not know how to manage people, just telling lies. -Senior Managers are arrogant, aggressive, and impolite. -They know HR is getting their back. -Very toxic environment.

- Not a great Salary, and compensation packages, little to none yearly raise. - HR dept is not very professional. - Does not give you a good technical skills. - Not the best place to stay for a long term, mostly 2 years if you care about your career.
