Thank you very much for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us, it's truly appreciated. Firstly, I'm really sorry to hear you didn't have a more positive experience at SiFive. Like many start-ups (and in semiconductor/ high-tech environments generally), working on cutting-edge technology can often mean changing priorities or a shift in focus to meet changing customer demands and requirements for example. This may not suit everyone, and can be challenging if you do not enjoy this kind of fast-paced environment. Having almost doubled our headcount last year, we are committed to maturing and evolving all the time as a company. Whilst inevitably we may not get it right every time, our mentality is to always improve and deliver the best we possibly can, across all areas of the business. We try to share information as much as possible globally and hope that our internal weekly updates and quarterly global meetings (delivered by our Execs) are helpful in keeping our employees informed. Additionally, whilst our management styles are typically hands-off but supportive, this approach may be tailored if a manager feels their team member may need further support or guidance for example.
