Work with Ridiculously Smart, Enthusiastic People who want to do things differently
Pros
* Very open culture -- if you see a problem, you're encouraged to fix it, and will be appreciated instead of chided for stepping on toes. * Work with the leaders, historically and de facto, in the RISC-V Ecosystem * Excellent remote work culture. Team is spread across the globe and works well together with distributed tools, although the in-person office spaces are also very nice. * People are hired for their willingness to learn new things and do things differently, not just turning the crank on "how we did it at my old job", though employees bring a wealth of experience from the industry.
Cons
* Peer pressure to work all the time (not exactly long hours but more 'respond to this message at 3am' / Sunday afternoon) due to distributed nature of the team * Leadership Team loves to take on challenges, which can be adrenaline-pumping until it's exhausting.
