      good salary (10% above than average) small teams (can be positive and negative both) nice managers free lunch Friday night games outdoors

      doesn't have a specific direction. the plans change month by month you may stop a projec t at the middle of work becuase of policies, and start new project before finishing the other not good management, they don't know what to do and where to go, because it's kind of startup, but a matured startup layoffs is expec ted
