I recently had a job interview scheduled over Zoom, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The interviewers failed to show up not just once, but multiple times, without providing any prior notification. As someone who was eagerly looking forward to this opportunity and had spent time preparing for the interview, this lack of professionalism and courtesy was truly disheartening. It reflected poorly on the company's organizational skills and their commitment to the hiring process. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and sometimes interviews need to be rescheduled. However, the least the interviewers could have done was notify me in advance of their unavailability. It would have shown respect for my time and effort. The first time the interviewers didn't show up, I assumed it was a minor oversight. I patiently waited for a rescheduled interview, but unfortunately, the same scenario repeated itself. Not only did I waste valuable time waiting for a no-show, but it also left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of the company. Communication is a fundamental aspect of any successful interview process, and this experience left much to be desired in that regard. A simple email or message to inform me of the rescheduling or cancellation would have sufficed. It's a basic professional courtesy that any serious employer should adhere to. The lack of consideration displayed by the interviewers reflected poorly on the company's overall image. Job seekers invest their time and effort into applications and interview preparation, and this disregard for the process shows a lack of respect for potential candidates. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this company's interview process based on my experience. The repeated no-shows by the interviewers without any prior notification left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I sincerely hope that the company addresses this issue to ensure a more respectful and professional approach to their job interviews in the future.
