Pros
Super dynamic if you like it. Company has potential, especially these days not so many hardware companies out there with potential to boom.
Cons
Management is so chaotic. Lot’s of politics going around. You may not get rewarded based on your performance. Culture is not set and tuned properly. They may fool you with false hopes and promises, can get very abusive. HR most of the time is not aligned with employees’ needs. For every single request you need to follow up 100 times to get a administrative task done, really annoying and frustrating.
