It is one of the potential company with a smart way to diversify their investment portfolio.

Cons

The majority of the people are friendly however, HR needs to improve since they are not responsive and lack of respect. The attitude of “they are owning everything” is not right since teamwork is important in the company. Furthermore, heard tons of negative input from external parties when they are dealing with HR especially when they are dealing with interviewees. Interviewees are potential candidate who may become part of the company or even though they are not, they have their eye to see what's going on. HR is a core function of the business if they are continuing to behave on the opposite values of the company, it will ruin the company image in the public.
