Rewarding company to work for especially for proactive self-starters wanting to achieve and take responsibility
Pros
Strong growth throughout the years at the company and they will always look to put the people first before. Fast paced environment and good for a self starter who is looking to proactively grow. Do not expect to be handed jobs/roles/responsibilities on a plate. Supportive and proactive HQ management. Big emphasis on flexible working to allow for family and other commitments is a big plus. Again huge scope for responsibility and to make the job your own and being able to suggest and run with direction. Access to the CEO and open door policy.
Cons
Can be challenging to get all teams engaged in objectives but I know management is supporting with this and is working hard to keep giving opportunities to engage and proactive avenues for two way communication. Salary is lower than market average but you do get more responsibility and authority then you would do at other companies and much more work flexibility.
