Pros

great co-workers and leadership, flexible working hours, generous PTO, and a non-toxic environment. Everyone cares about each other beyond just the workplace and you can tell in the way everyone interacts with each other and collaborates cross team.

Cons

I don't have any at this time - the benefits are great and for the stress-free environment I get the pay is super reasonable.

Pros

The culture at HQ is collaborative and supportive. There’s a consistent focus on improvement, and leadership is open to feedback and iteration. Flexible hours respect that people have lives outside work. What stands out are my coworkers - everyone is both talented and committed to the mission. There are solid opportunities for growth, particularly for those at HQ.

Cons

Like any workplace, there are always areas for improvement, but nothing that significantly impacts the day-to-day experience.

Complete lack of competence

Pros

The people I worked with directly were fantastic. Our immediate team was close-knit, supportive, and always willing to help one another out when things went wrong.

Cons

Senior leadership and HR were completely out of their depth. HR repeatedly mishandled tax withholdings, resulting in many employees owing money during tax season. Questions were met with vague, unhelpful answers, and pay stub access was cut off after termination. Leadership turnover was constant—three to four contract managers in two years—always blamed on the client but really caused by their own inability to lead or perform. Incompetence was the norm, not the exception.
