Sidecar Health's mission unites it's employees. We are all here because we truly believe that our work has the potential to change healthcare in the US for the better. The people I work with at Sidecar Health are incredible. There is definitely a culture of taking action and ownership here, which is an exciting opportunity to stretch yourself and grow in your role. Despite SH being a startup, my offer came without the classic startup strings attached- for example, the salary was above market and came with an equity package rather than most startups which pay little. There is a whole lot to love about working here, and I feel excited to come to work every day.

Change is constant as we grow. If you aren't comfortable with that, SH might not be a great fit for you.
