      The lawfirm provides good benefits.

      Cons

      Very unrealistic expectations for productivity. Management is out of touch with actual requirements of job and continuously and constantly pushes for more production which is understandable when the ultimate goal is the bottom line.

      Relaxed manager and director. Willing to work with you when family things come up. They allow you to roll vacation time Which is nice.

      Cons

      Takes time to do anything and then it is a rush. Not everyone on the team pulls weight but nothing is said.

      a lot of vacation, company is healthy, good place to start career and/or a good company name to have on your resume.

      Cons

      On staff side - no career growth (you have to be asked to apply for the next position), senior management is inexperienced and generally divisive. Compensation for staff is at 25-50% of market value.
