Strong DEI network; relatively better work life balance than peers at other US law firms

Cons

Path to partnership depends on the team and partners. Associates usually have an office to themselves or shared between two. However, colleagues have complained that the office layout can make it isolating and difficult to meet others outside of the immediate team.
