Great lawyers who interact well with the staff.

Cons

Being a member of the staff -- extremely old fashioned in staff management. Project assistants -- recommend a year or two at most before moving on.

Pros

Great people who are intelligence and good to work with, very collegial. I find it more relaxed than some other large law firms. The compensation is market standard and the firm is prestigious.

Cons

The hours are long but that is pretty much standard for a large law firm. Because the firms profits keep going up, management should share some extra love with the associates.
