The firm is recognized as a worldwide leader. The intellectual capital of both staff and attorneys is really superior. My work is always challenging and requires forward thinking. Directors and firm management are accessible. Salaries and benefits are competitive, market or above. Quality place to work where staff retention is good and many have significant longevity with the firm.
Cons
Long hours during certain periods which could be mitigated with improved communication. At times, noticeable inconsideration from firm management with demands at the end of the day for immediate turnaround for non-critical materials. Implied expectation to check emails after hours, weekends and on vacation.
