Pros

Terrific culture and great work. Sidley Palo Alto has a highly collaborative team, where we respect and value each contributor on the legal and professional staff. We pride ourselves on the sense of community in the office. It’s the best of both worlds — small office feel in one of the world’s great global law firms.

Cons

It’s a large organization and like any other there can be frustrations at times, but we pay attention when issues come up and are thoughtful and constructive in addressing them.

Pros

Successful, fun office with top professionals and support. I enjoy coming to the office because of the collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

None. I worked at another AM Law firm before Sidley. I just wish Sidley had opened a Dallas office earlier so I could start there.
