Pros

-flexible work options -good benefits like PTO, health insurance, and 401k

Cons

-what raise? The raises don’t keep up with cost of living, benefits also become more costly -there’s some tension, lack of accountability, support, and communication between departments -lack of employee development since management is busy

Pros

This large German-owned company clearly wants to contribute to a sustainable energy landscape. They are also very strong on inclusion and diversity.

Cons

The European-centric focus on energy transformation is not landing well in North America. Several sites are being closed, hundreds are losing their jobs and every year brings structural changes.

Pros

Reasonably good pay and benefits Fairly stable with a history of avoiding layoffs.

Cons

Management is increasingly concerned with short term stock gains at the expense of the employees. People are dissatisfied and leaving, and management does not realize that without them we have no real business.
