Professional success seems contingent on personal relationship rather than merit! Team members witnessing consistent preferential treatment leading to disheartened and affected feature motivation. Skilled professionals potentially leaving the company due to frustration over perceived nepotism in promotions. Projects suffering due to the assignment of roles and the position based on connections rather than competence. Demotivation and discontent experienced by non-favored employees who witness preferential treatment! When promotions seem influenced more by similar backgrounds than by merit, trust in leader diminishes, hindering the open communication necessary for a vibrant workplace! Frustration and dissatisfaction caused by perceived unfairness can drive talented employees to seek opportunities elsewhere, leading to higher turnover rates and subsequent decline in overall employee engagement!

Policy abuse, favoritism, HR is horrid, if you have a brain you get in trouble, refuse to improve process, ignore all hourly communication, force you to do unsafe things at threat of punishment, if you raise an issue to management you get fired, losing in the PG sector, lie about layoffs, promotions done through favoritism, won’t post management jobs per policy, losing millions of dollars a year because of lack of wanting to improve

A global conglomerate. Large organization has opportunities to move horizontally. Building Technologies is not very innovative or creative. However, Healthcare is. Laid back work environment Work/Life Balance Great place to go to retire

Extremely political organization with preference to seniority, friendships and favoritism. It is a "tech giant" that is stuck in the 70s. Political-clout and make sure you part of the right party in power. Promotions are based on who you know and not what you know. There is a lot of talk about innovation and the leaders who have been assigned to innovate have no technology background. It is a 'YES' culture. If you flatter your manager, leadership team and go with the flow you will survive. The organization lacks diversity among employee population and senior leadership. Not a single VP is a woman or a minority or from a technology background. If you are smart and young, this is not a place for you.
