Pros
This group of employees embodies the word "team" more than any company or organization I've ever worked for. Everyone pitches in to help get the job done, whenever needed. Mr. Sierra and the rest of the management team are incredibly supportive and care as much about my professional development as I do. In fact, within weeks of starting my position, he and my manager both asked about what I'd like to be doing and what my interests were.
SierTeK has also made bolstering employee engagement a top priority over the past year. Management is super quick to give credit and kudos to employees doing a stellar job. They also make it a priority to let their employees know what's going on in the company.
Mr. Sierra and management also value employee input and give autonomy to run with ideas. It's great working for a small company, since you have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and get exposure to new opportunities and build your repertoire of skills.
