Pros

- great work-life balance - yearly raises - room for growth - great people to work with and managers - essentially you can create your own schedule

Cons

- pay is not the best - credit card applications are pushed on you heavily - can be overwhelming due to the volume of product that comes in and volume of customers - hours differ a lot during non-peak season

Pros

Good opportunities for advancement if you are willing to work hard and take on additional responsibility.

Cons

Payroll and workload do not always seem to align. Weeks with heavier freight volume or increased workload do not necessarily come with additional payroll, which can make it difficult to meet expectations while maintaining standards. There is a strong focus on payroll efficiency, but at times it can feel like stores are being asked to accomplish more with the same or fewer resources. Eventually, there is only so much efficiency that can be gained without additional staffing and support.
