The pay and total compensation is competative.

Cons

This place seems to be struggling with some key issues. There is no clear process, tools, or infrastructure in place to get things done effectively. Every team is off doing something different. The leadership seems to be more focused on appearances than on actually helping the team succeed becuase they all are first-time managers who've never really done it before, or washouts from other places who failed upward.

Lots of opportunity to move around the company and the people were good to work with. 401k program is killer.

Cons

Upper leadership can be rough and VERY out of touch. This can make it hard to want to stay loyal to the company and not just leave and go elsewhere. There's definitely an issue with keeping talent.
