Fellow employees are great to work with. Paid OT is allowed by program with caps and is typically "voluntary" (Aka if your boss is pushing hours you should probably too) paid as straight time

Cons

The management is not great and due to mismanagement for the last several years. Funds are short, pressure is on, and leadership are not generous when it comes to merit or promotion increases. Promotions with <5% increase in salary are common.

They abuse the fact that the technology is cool to overwork employees. They've created a culture where people can't bring up issues, so when things go wrong, senior leadership are the only ones that are surprised.
