Cool project working on Dream Chaser. Decent pay

Cons

Production management is deaf and technically unsound. Communication is terrible. I would describe the management style as “Baby boomer-my way or the highway”. Management seems to only care about hiring and promoting friends. Rather than existing employees who deserve the opportunity. Nepotism is rampant. HR department is a joke and offers no support when you have a real issue.

Free parking but that's it.

Cons

Supply chain management is awful. The culture is non existent and management only cares about giving senior roles to their friends. They overlook everyone that has capability to even be a leader and only care about metrics.

Promising Future: Received record setting 1.4 billion USD investment for space station related projects. High 401k company match which grows over first years at company. Can explore other kinds of work at company and get involved. Easy to make friends with co-workers and do social things. 40 hour work week culture and great work-life balance. Flexible work hours. No strict dress code.

Cons

Limited office space and parking due to rapid expansion. Many employees share spaces. However, this will be resolved soon as new buildings are being rented and prepared for use. The IT department is small and gets overwhelmed regularly.
