So many cant list all Low compenstation,Too much work load,Worst management

1. The workplace lacks essential amenities such as a canteen or cafeteria, and there is no option for remote work. 2. Despite performing excellently, there is no recognition or salary increment, and there is no opportunity for appraisal discussions with employees. 3. Employees are required to extend their shifts without any acknowledgment or rewards for their efforts. 4. There is a lack of knowledge base and standard operating procedures, and proper knowledge transfer is not provided by senior employees who hold onto their dependencies. 5. The managerial staff has been in their positions for a long time, resulting in everything being governed by their rules. 6. Avoid joining this team in MS Windows, MS Exchange, O365 here, as you may end up providing the same feedback in the future,causing frustration. 7.Working diligently does not guarantee a performance bonus, as the consistently low appraisal ratings will prevent you from receiving the additional compensation reflected in your salary.
