I work in the new facility in Newington and SIG has gone above and beyond to give us the latest and greatest machinery and workspaces. It's about as good as it gets :)

Management willing to hire and add resources to get the job done. Coworkers are great. Discounts on product and good benefits.

Cons

There is a lot of work. Seems like we are also running out of space due to growth.

Learn on the job, SIG will send you to school to learn to be a machine operator and pay you while you go. opportunities to grow/learn good benefits

Cons

lots to learn in an 8 week period of time, but instructors and employees on the floor are very helpful.
