I have worked at Sig Sauer for 5 years, and during this time have been extremely impressed by management's commitment to professional development and promoting from within. Managers work hard to create opportunities for their employees to excel, and this in turn makes the company stronger.

Cons

Sig Sauer is a growing company with a lot of clients to service so at times there can be a lot of work on your plate.

Pros

People were friendly for the most part. Great cafeteria and good location.

Cons

Lack of testing on new products or proceess before full implementation. A recipe for poor products, missed deadlines and a deflated work force. Also constant hire/fire cycle is unnerving to workers.
