Pros

Decent pay Good benefits Employee discounts Very friendly co-workers Consistent overtime to make extra money Getting your foot in the door into the firearms industry.

Cons

Very corporate. Nepotism. Schedule tends to change abruptly without a heads up. I learned this the hard way when I transferred to the ammo side of things. Inability to move out of your current department unless you're in a certain clique. That's if you manage to get a call back on a position you've applied to. Constantly changing policies and practices that seem to only hamper your productivity and leaving you feeling downtrodden to even try anymore. Ineffective HR and management that leaves you feeling like you're on your own. High turnover rate. Good luck getting help when there is a hiring freeze.
