Pros

Good product, but the changes made are unstable and unpredictable. Most people are genuinely nice, but leadership keeps changing and changes disrupt work. Lunch is free and good benefits.

Cons

Most toxic workplace I have worked, the management will try to pin people against each other. Not all departments. They will terminate the whole team if you don't meet the ever-moving goals. Some people steal ideas from others and present them as their own. There are too many silos. It's like the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

Leadership values your opinion. Collaboration goes a long way here at Sigma. Every AE I’ve worked with has been awesome. Every cross functional leader I’ve worked with has been tremendously helpful in scaling projects and initiatives for my BD team! A+ team all around.

Cons

Company moves fast, need to adapt to change quick, and be resourceful.
