      Pros

      I've been at numerous tech companies throughout my career and was a bit jaded when I took on this role...but felt something genuine and authentic about the way the hiring manager approached things with me. Really delighted to report that everything really is pretty amazing - all things considered. Everyone cares. That, for me is what matters at the end of the day because everything else ebbs and flows.

      Cons

      Same things you can expect from a rapidly growing company. Something else to note is that there can be definite improvements in DEI&I, from a recruitment perspective and internal HR perspective.

      -high growth & great SaaS metrics post ZIRP era -world class sales leadership team -stellar product

      Cons

      -high growth...typical startup stuff -building process, documentation, best practices, etc. for the first time all the time because things are always changing...it's a good problem to have that will challenge you in a lot of ways
