Really great product and company culture

Pros

Everyone right up to the CEO appreciates input/feedback, and feedback is given without hesitation so you know where you stand. Customers are really good to work with as well.

Cons

Salaries could be higher given cost of living. Having to work in the office isn't great for wlb, could reduce that to 2-3 days/wk would be better. While I'm very excited about the product, still needs a ton of investment in key areas.

I worked with a lot of very smart engineers and talented designers there

Cons

You'll probably read this in other reviews, but one of the co-founders is extremely nitpicky and aggressive when reviewing code (which he does a lot). I also know of instances of him calling someone an idiot and outright yelling at people in the office
