I'm sorry we weren't the right place for you - but as we said before we always acknowledge that our company may not be for everyone. To repeat from earlier responses it is absolutely true that we treat our team like adults and that that definitely means that we hold a high bar for performance across the entire team . We are unapologetic that we want not only the best talent but we also want the best talent that is hungry for more - as you will know those people are consistently very successful here. But for those people that struggle a bit we strongly believe that there should be both time and space given for a mutual opportunity to evaluate if we can make it work. We will always give that time so that if end up going our separate ways that that is not a surprise and that any separation happens with dignity and respect, That is what we always we strive to do - I'm sorry if it didn't feel like that to you but will always welcome feedback about how we can do better.
