      Pros

      Sigma is an incredibly high-performing company on an impressive growth trajectory. We're still new in the space but the product market fit is perfect for us and the incumbent competitors are ripe for being disrupted. The comp plans are generous and quotas are attainable (not easy but attainable). This is a company to join to take your sales career to the next level. It takes a lot of sales acumen and business acumen to be successful here but the people in leadership are super sharp and well-positioned to coach on both of those things.

      Cons

      Don't work here if you only want to work inbound leads and install base accounts. We're in high growth mode and most of our business comes from New Business. That means AEs are largely responsible for creating their own pipeline. The good news is that there is BDR support and our new Marketing leader is turning up the dial on Demand Gen.

      Business is good and the opportunity is huge.

      Cons

      Typical startup: many things are ad-hoc or incomplete compared to a mature company. Business intelligence may not be your thing.

      Nice Place to be

      Pros

      Great office in NY, nice people, and perks to the company. Company has great leadership and is very forward thinking.

      Cons

      Have to come into the office everyday where they track your attendance. Some people get to WFH and others are forced into the office day in day out.
