      Pros

      I've enjoyed (and am enjoying) my time at Sigma. It's refreshing to be a part of company that is still growing aggressively in the face of the macroeconomic headwinds in the tech sector. I've seen a lot of internal growth (promotions) across GTM which is encouraging as there seems to be opportunities abound for advancement. I enjoyed the in-office culture so it's a positive for me that people I work with are accessible and close-by.

      Cons

      It seems we are running a lot of initiatives at the same time - we would benefit from more operational support (e.g RevOps) to help coordinate and get details nailed.
