Ownership over what they bring to the problem

Pros

I have not met many people in my career that take as much ownership over what they bring to a problem than the VP of Ops at Sigma, She is an absolute star that I would be thrilled to work for again. During the time I worked there I interfaced with many of the other leaders and found them all to take similar ownership and there is an expectation that team members do the same. They identify problems quickly and iterate, I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

Some will think the in office culture is a con, this is a company that cares more about winning than work life balance.

High growth opportunities, assuming you take advantage of them Extremely collaborative environment Engineering-driven priorities, feels like you get a lot of say in the projects you work on Very competitive compensation (even assuming 0 for stock options)

Cons

Headcount, too many things to do and not enough engineers to complete it, however WLB is not severely impacted by this Hybrid but requires 4 days/week in office

Love the people here everyone is so collaborative, fantastic to be in the Office awesome working with the best of the best and getting to learn so much more in person (also you work harder), the product speaks for itself (when someone finally sees it they are amazed at how much they need it
