TAM is large and tech is progressively forward thinking (but depending on cloud data warehouse ie snowflake)

Cons

CEO is ill-experience and a cut throat culture killer. Turnover is extremely high. Both of these will largely limit growth.

As you know we have a high bar for performance and that we expect everyone that works at Sigma to be accountable for their goals. Cons

To echo many of the other reviews, Sigma is one of the only places I've worked in 10 year career that truly does not give a damn if you live or die. They want to expend as much human capital out of you as possible and then toss you aside. Complete disregard for boundaries. Toxic as a woman or any other minority. Managers are severely inexperienced and will project their insecurities on to you.

Cons

Don't have resources to get job done, keep claiming there's an "in office" culture, but everyone just sits at their computers in the office and never talks. Leadership, especially Orla, are very micromanagy.
