Pros

One of the best reasons to work at Sigma is because of how good the work culture is. Everyone is always helpful to each other. Every noon, everyone from the office follows fica tradition that allows all employees from different departments of the office to engage with one another. One other thing I liked about interning at Sigma Connectivity was amazing mentorship. It is an ideal workplace for me.

Cons

I cannot think of cons as such. The projects you would work on are NDA you cannot showcase your work or findings. But even then I would say it is an amazing experience.

Sigma Connectivity brings in work life balance , bringing the culture from nordic culture where in they value engineers and value their contributions.

Cons

It's still a growing company in US and still not that popular among the bay area company.
