They give clearances to people convicted of domestic violence!

None nothing worth righting about

Cons

obvious favortism, very disrespectful talking about you in the open in front of other employees, some criminals hired people that shouldn't have a clearance. An employee lied on me about security violation and wasn't reprimanded not even a write up which is totally unacceptable period!

Pros

Well established company, has been operating in the Huntsville Alabama area since the 1980's . Lots of institutional knowledge and personal connections in relation to the the various DoD and NASA agencies located on Redstone Arsenal. Both the pay and the benefits are very competitive with similar companies in the area. I've been with them 7 years and would not consider working for another company.

Cons

Somewhat limited opportunities for upward mobility. Most Sigmatech employees work as contractors providing programmatic support to US Government customers on Redstone Arsenal or with other government agencies.
