Pros
-The IT team is amazing, very responsive and helpful. -Decent benefits
Cons
-Hiring and firing is a joke, it seems like the PMs have no idea of what they are doing, nor they understand the cost of their actions. -They replace well qualified people with bast experience on government contract support to bring others that can't communicate with the government/customer due to their lack of experience in that area. -The jealousy among "teammates" is real. -Exit interviews (as it is in many places) are just done to check a box, but it is very unprofessional to hear your manager say it to you that way. "I am just required to do this".
