Pros

Nothing, they only care about if you are coming into work

Cons

They will take you off of the schedule in retaliation if they don’t like you. No matter the weather, even if it’s not safe to drive, they want you to show up for work even though you are risking your life. They are not organized. If you request off, you need to remind them that you requested off or they will take you off of the schedule. There are never any raises and they have favorites

Pros

Pay on time and my pay fortunately wasn't messed up because I didn't do much overtime but I heard otherwise from multiple employees

Cons

Management is absolutely trash. It's filled with so much drama. Sexual harassment, bullying, fights, malfunctioning vehicles, dirty vehicles all around a horrible company to associate yourself with I would not recommend

Pros

Signal is a horrible company in Tampa Florida as a franchise. This company made me go through the worst moment of my work time and experience thinking this company will make me have a chance to gain better access and information to security world honestly the process they had overtime and you can make a decent amount a check, but they did not care about the employees at all.

Cons

Signal has many cons. This company is a franchise and only cares about getting accounts in Contacts. Do not care about their employees are there staffs I recently was terminated for false accusation and also for feeling discrimination in violation against me.
