Pros

Awesome company culture. Strong belief in promoting from within. Really invest in their employees. Fast paced. The company is constantly growing so there is a ton of opportunities for promotion. Great people. Management is extremely passionate. Because this is a franchise organization there is a ton of support and networking opportunities.

Cons

If you need a slow paced, bare minimum kind of job this is not for you.

Pros

Some of the pros of working for this company is a lengthy list but I will only name a few. First off the communication that this company has is amazing. Emails are sent not only to your personal email but to your cell phone and to the website we use on a daily basis. If you need anything at all any time of day or night there is always someone there who is able to answer your questions. Everyone is very friendly and always is willing to help you out. You never feel like you need to keep quiet about something. If there is something bothering you, you can go ask anyone or tell anyone anything you need to say. Everyone in the field or in the office is always willing to listen and help you with your problems.

Cons

Training is a little lacking, but with the new take over it is bound to be a little hard to communicate the training and that is something that is being worked on. For those employees who have never had report writing classes it would be a good idea for them to have a little more time spent on how to write a proper report. We want everything to look and sound professional. This is being worked on and I see that it is being worked on.
