Pros

Worked as a client part-time security guard, and left to the devices of corporate security managers who were very level-headed. At one location, was given the opportunity to work on homework.

Cons

If you work solo during a late shift, it can get lonely. As a security guard, you know what you're getting into, and S88 wasn't bad. After working there for only a few months, I still have no idea who my supervisor was.

Pros

there are no pros. absolutely nothing positive to say.

Cons

After 2 years with the company ,no pay raises , no paid vacation , no health or dental insurance , no advancements . I had to pay for all my uniforms and they still take money out of each pay check for something called " UNIFORM MAINTACE " whatever that is.

Pros

Has made exceptional strides nationally, within an extremely competitive market. Great team oriented work environment, advancement opportunities, and based on ethical values. The organization as a whole truly tries to serve their communities to the best of their abilities. They also take GREAT PRIDE in the their brand!!

Cons

As do all young companies face, we go through many growing pains. However, it's not the faults that hurt, it's how you handle them. We do the best we can, with the resources available, but that comes across negatively to some. As humans, we all expect positive outcomes 24/7 and when it doesn't happen, we result to pointing fingers at anyone and everyone in charge. Benefits, pay, and success all come from years of hard work and dedication, so my main con is this. Unfortunately, we have some who haven't embraced that dedication as much as they should. However, we are moving forward and I look forward to the future!!
