The company is young and innovative

Cons

Politics are everywhere -- it's all in who you are They do not hold all employees to the same standard The HR department is non-existent and probably illegal The CEO let's his ego run the business Some managers should not manage people at all! Leaders need to realize the things the company is lacking and take constructive criticism Technology support for a supposed tech savvy company is non-existent Spend money on worthless things and not on the important things

It's progressive, great team atmosphere, it's growing by leaps and bounds, the CEO is very team oriented, and the staff is super professional.

Cons

Still has some drawbacks of a small company like evolving procedures and few benefits.

Pros

The company's rapid growth and unlimited potential make S88 a vibrant and energizing place to work. I'd say that most people have truly "bought in" to the company's vision, as evidenced by their passion and enthusiasm for the brand. Personally, I work a somewhat flexible schedule and have just the right amount of travel. What I do at S88 is the perfect fit for my lifestyle, personality, and professional ambitions. I consider myself very blessed to work for them.

Cons

This is both a pro and a con, but the rapid growth always keeps me on my toes and my to-do list is endless. That is energizing, but daunting at times. I think most everyone in our office would benefit from having a few more folks on staff... but I am confident that will come when the time is right.
