I did my job 250% like always and the management had no customer service, extremely rude, no commitment to employees. I The uniform shirts are $50 a piece. I would get notified of scheduling changes 2 hours before shift. Worked in a very high crime area and never got armed which is very dangerous. No immediate support or feedback, please let if i did get it, but It was all lies. Fired me when I was shift leader and was always told to fill gas tank up before end of shift. I when I did do that I got fired immediately. Never reimbursed the money for uniform shirt and plain out didn't care about company.

The pay is horrible, honestly how can you pay a G officer 10.50 and pay a D officer the same exact thing. Uniforms are paid for of every check,ddispatch is rude, some mmangement and post supervisors lack teamwork and customer service skills.
