This company paid better than most of the other companies. Thats about it.

Cons

Controlling management that talks down to its employees. Managers gang up on you and force you to quit. The could care less about your well being. They won’t hesitate to write you up if you make a mistake and will also make a minor issue a major problem.

Nothing, they only care about if you are coming into work

Cons

They will take you off of the schedule in retaliation if they don’t like you. No matter the weather, even if it’s not safe to drive, they want you to show up for work even though you are risking your life. They are not organized. If you request off, you need to remind them that you requested off or they will take you off of the schedule. There are never any raises and they have favorites
