The entire time I worked for this company, my higher up would want to delay any needs my branch would need. Vehicles, uniforms, utilities... Officers rarely had the equipment they needed to function let alone be productive on their own accord. I waited six months for a company credit card before I quit asking. She's the franchise owners cousin so what did I expect. Don't expect to grow and definitely don't expect good money. I was making .50 more than the next lowest position, a supervisor that barely did his job. Not worth it.
