Too Many Red Flags

Pros

I cannot find any pros to this company.

Cons

Where to start... When I was hired, management was ambiguous about how much the pay was. Asked politely and I got the run around. Initially they wanted me to drive 2+ hours to a job site in their company car without pay. During the 40 hour state mandated class, the manager that was supposed to be teaching, wasn't even present in the room. When I asked about advancing my career, they told me one thing (a position was open) and then immediately after I applied they said the position had been filled (within 4 hours?) Body cams don't work at all. Cars are in serious disarray. Worked 9 nights in a row without a day off. Conclusion: If you are serious about this as a career field, there are much better companies.

Not for everyone

Pros

Work alone or with others. Tons of schedule variables. Lots of overtime pay. Good if you like long hours.

Cons

Pay is lacking. Schedules can be unpredictable at times. Little to no opportunities for growth. Extremely boring at times. Benefits are sub-par.

Don't expect anything

Pros

The pay is good if you can work for a fly-by organization.

Cons

It's not worth working for. With bad company policies and procedures. Management is untrained and does not stand by their employees. The customer account is always right.
