A mess of a company (start-up). It is very clear that the leadership at this company have no leadership/management skills nor do they understand how run a company. The leadership team (if you can call it that) have no directions nor are they are in constant conflict with each other. The product is terrible and there is no alignment between the vision and what is happening on the ground. !

Cons

Lack of management. No leadership. Terrible product! No culture, directions, nor values.
