      Pros

      Company allows you to work anywhere, no micro managing and a friendly environment. Company has a bright future ahead and is continuing to grow in revenue and employees. Enjoy the freedom in the job to pursue projects that you'd like to work on but are not exactly in the job description.

      Pros

      -Room for growth -Does NOT micromanage -Help developing a new product -Flexible time off and Flexible work day schedule -All virtual work environment/remote work -very little to no travel necessary -people you work with are from around the country and around the world

      Cons

      -You must be self sufficient (this to me is a con, but if you want your hand held on tasks, its not for you) -Must be willing to be flexible and assist where needed inter-departmentally (again I don't personally see this as a con, but you need to be willing to step up where needed)

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Excellent team culture. Awesome networking experiences. Very open-minded and accepting supervisors.

      Cons

      Pay is okay, not great. It’s a company with constant growing pains, so logistics aren’t always thought through as far as product introductions are concerned.
