      Ability to make connections with your patients, independence to work on own case load, felt fulfillment with ones career pathway as you made a difference in others.

      Cons

      Inconsistency with coordinating patient division amongst Social workers, all calls came to the department, Regularly overloaded with calls.

      It’s a very clean environment. Very Friendly staff I love and miss every single one of my patients!!!

      Cons

      Having to say your last good byes to patients you’ve gotten very close to over the years to let them pass on.
